SEMINAR DEDICATED TO PRIMARY AND SECONDARY PACKING

ICM Electronics and Kliklok international organized a seminar dedicated to primary and secondary packing at ICM’s factory. The main speaker at the seminar was Paul Field from Kliklok International. Paul Field demonstrated newest solutions from Kliklok International. Newest solutions from Kliklok include machines for carton erecting, carton closing as well as endload machines. Engineers from ICM demonstrated their newest solutions in robot packing and palletizing.

The seminar was divided into 3 sessions. First session was purely theoretical and marketing oriented where companies introduced themselves. Second session was more practical and visitors could see how machines are working in real time and environemts. Third session was a workshop where visitors exchanged experiences.

Around fifteen visitors showed up for the seminar and most of them came from confecionary and meat industries. ICM and Kliklok have a partnership agreement to act together at the market and  to offer completly automatic packaging lines.

SEMINAR DEDICATED TO BAG PACKING AND PALLETIZING

ICM Electronics and Overall Machinery organized a seminar dedicated to bag packing and palletizing. Main speakers of the seminar were Aljoša Čok and Alessandro Zanonni from Overall Machinery.

 

Overall Machinery is an Italian company who is specilized in production of machines for bag filling and packaging. Representatives of Overall introduced their newest solutions for automatic bag packaing. Afterwards, ICM demonstrated robotic palletizing of 50kg bags.

Around 20 people visited the seminar from different industries who pack their products in bags.

ICM AT INTERPACK FAIR IN DUSSELDORF

KLIKLOK AND ICM PARTNERSHIP

Kliklok International, the world leader in packing machinery, and ICM agreed to act together at markets of former Yugoslavia and other neighboring countries of Serbia. It means that companies will offer complete packing solutions in the food industry. Complete solutions will cover areas of primary and secondary packing. Kliklok,s core business is production of machines for carton erecting, loading and closing. ICM robots integrated with Kliklok machines make up one whole line for primary and secondary packing.

The two companies will have their first organized action at the market in May of 2011. They will show their packing solutions at Dusseldorf fair which will be held from 12th until 18th of May.

PRESENTATION OF SAFETY EQUIPMENT AT ICM

ICM Electronics organized a seminar for its partners where main topic was safety equipment. The seminar was made up of two parts: theoretical and practical. Partners could find out more about European safety norms and standards that will be soon enforced in Serbia, as well as how to estimate injury risk and to choose satisfying equipment. During practical part of the training, partners could see work of light curtains, safety switches, relays and controllers in robot cells. In the end of the seminar, partners had chance to exchange their experiences with safety equipment and ask questions.

Twenty partners from different countries took part at the seminar.

ICM AT THE PACKTECH EXPO IN BELGRADE

ICM Electronics will exhibit this year at the Belgrade fair for Machines and technical packing equipment, PACKTECH EXPO BALKAN 2010. The fair will take place from September 29th until October 2nd 2010, and ICM will exhibit at the Hall 1 of Belgrade fair.

This year, ICM will demonstrate system for robot palletizing of products, as well as system for quality control of products and print.

ICM ELECTRONICS WON PRIZE FOR THE INVESTMENT OF THE YEAR

ICM Electronics won prize for the biggest investment in year 2009. The prize was awarded during 35th birthday celebration of Regional Chamber of Commerce of Novi Sad in the Congress center of Novi Sad fair on June 9th of 2010.

Miroslav Veskovic, rector of University of Novi Sad, handed in the prize to Dragan Micic, CEO of ICM. This is the second prize of this type for ICM. ICM’s investment was related to the construction of new arena for production of robotic systems.

Since the arena was built, ICM installed over 10 lines for different application. Also, there was a significant success on Russian and Libyan markets.

PACKTECH EXPO BALKAN

Belgrade, 23.-26. of September 2009. – ICM Electronics exhibited at the Belgrade packing fair from 23-26 of September. Our company demonstrated 1 line for robotic palletizing of boxes and one pick and place application.

SEMINAR FOR WELDERS

PLATICEVO, 20 of June 2009 – Welders from the country and the region, as well as specialist from the welding company Fronius had a seminar in the factory of ICM where they exchanged their experiences in the area of robotic welding.

INĐIJA, 24 of June 2009. – ICM Electronics organized a presentation for media in the brick factory in Inđija, where robotic lines for palletizing and depalletizing were introduced.

NEW GRIPPER

Platičevo, maj 2009. – ICM Electronics produced a new gripper for manipulation of various products. Gripper is capable of picking up products packed in bags, boxes, bottles, etc.  

TRAINING: BASICS OF ROBOT PROGRAMMING

Platicevo, May 2009 – ICM Electronics held a training for factories that use robots in their productions. The training was in duration of five days and it covered basics of robot programming. Special attention was dedicated to solving problems that occur on shop floors of “students”.

Platicevo, April 2009. – ICM Electronics organized a free training for programming of Omron inverters. Training consisted of theoretical and practical parts. More than dozen companies attended the training whose teacher was leading engineer of ICM, Milan Canak.

ICM WON PRIZE FROM CHEMBER OF COMMERCE OF VOJVODINA

Novi Sad, 28. of April 2009. – Novi Sad, 28 of April 2009.- ICM Electronics won prize from Chamber of Commerce of Vojvodina for significant economical achievements in 2008. This was 46th time this award was issued to companies who gave contributed to the economy of Vojvodina.

 

 

ROBOT CELL FOR PLASMA CUTTING IN ZRENJANIN

Zrenjanin - Robot cell for plasma cutting was started in the pipe factory in Zrenjanin. Robot cells has two functions, plasma cutting and MIG/MAG welding.

ROBOTS IN SERBIAN INDUSTRY

Belgrade, 9 of April 2009 - ICM Electronics in cooperation with Metalac Gornji Milanovac and Chamber of Commerce of Belgrade organized a seminar with topic “Use of robots in Serbian industry”. Aim of the seminar was to show achievements of automation and robotics in Serbian industry, as one of ways of improving efficiency in production.

STUDENT DAY IN ICM FACTORY

Platicevo, April 3, 2009 - ICM Electronics organized a seminar for students of University of Novi Sad who are majoring in Welding technologies. Students were able to learn about innovation in robotics and sensing, as well as in welding technologies. They could also see demonstration of robot welding on various materials.

WELDING SEMINAR

Novi Sad, March 31, 2009 – Three day seminar with topic “Modern methods and welding technologies” was completed successfully. Six companies and professors from Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis universities attended the seminar which consisted of theoretical, in class lessons, and practical, welding, parts.

 


 

 

Seminar za zavarivače

Od 25. do 27. marta ICM ce u saradnji sa Refit Inžinjeringom i Društvom za unapredjenje zavarivanja u Srbiji, organizovati seminar na temu "Savremene metode i tehnologije zavarivanja." Cilj seminara je povećanje produktivnosti i profitabilnosti u kompanijama koje koriste zavarivačke procese. 

Seminar ce se sastojati iz teorijskog dela, gde ce više univerzitetskih profesora održati predavanja iz oblasti robotskog zavarivanja i plazma rezanja. Uvodno predavanje održaće prof. dr. Branimir Borovac. O robotskom plazma sečenju i RMD softveru govoriće dipl. inž. Dragan Misković. Predrag Kovačić, jedan od vodećih ICM-ovih inženjera, predstaviće adaptivnu robotiku u oblasti zavarivanja. Prof. dr. Bela Sabo održaće predavanje o novim materijalima za zavarivanje u oblasti robotskog zavarivanja.

Predavanje prof. dr. Aleksandar Sedmaka i prof. dr. Stojana Sedmak biće na temu sigurnosti konstrukcija, i na kraju seminara, dipl. inž. Milorad Budnić ce govoriti o specifičnim zahtevima zaštite pri primeni robota u zavarivanju i plazma rezanju. 

Sam seminar koncipiran je uz mnogo primeraka iz prakse, tako da ce polaznici seminara tokom i teoretskog i praktičnog rada imati primere iz domaće i strane prakse. Da bi pragmatičnost seminara bila upotpunjena, organizovan je odlazak u ICM-ovu fabriku robotskih linija u Platičevu, gde ce učesnici imati priliku da vide demonstraciju robotskog zavarivanja, adaptivnog zavarivanja, plazma rezanja. 

Seminar će se održati u hotelu Norcev, u živopisnom ambijentu nacionalnog parka Fruška Gora.

FIRST SERBIAN FACTORY FOR PRODUCTION OF ROBOT LINES AND CELLS IN PLATICEVO

Platicevo, February 27, 2009 – First Serbian factory for production of robotic lines, ICM Electronics” was opened in Platicevo by Serbian minister for economics and regional development Mladan Dinkic. The factory will produce robot lines for packing and palletizing, as well as for welding robot cells.

 



PRIZE FROM SERBIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

Prize for contribution to the Serbian Economy

Belgrade, December 23, 2008 – Annual awards were given to companies that contributed to the development and improvement of Republic of Serbia. Award was given to CEO of ICM Electronics, who is leader in the area of automation and robotic, by president of Serbian Chamber of Commerce, Milos Bugarin.

 

 

BEGINNING OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE FACTORY

First laid brick at the Serbian Robot Factory

 

ICM Electronics laid first brick for factory for production of robot lines in Platicevo. The factory will occupy more than 1000 squared meters of space. The first brick was laid by Japanese ambassador Tadashi Nagai, manager of Fanuc Robotic Mercou Lionel and CEO of ICM Electronic, Dragan Micic.
